We are obliged to maintain a whistleblower system through which you can report any violations of legal regulations or other guidelines to us. Of course, this must have something to do with Reifenhäuser. But even irrespective of our legal obligation, it is important to us that we at Reifenhäuser act in accordance with the laws and legal requirements. That’s what compliance is about. This whistleblower system is an important part of this.
Our whistleblower system is basically self-explanatory. You will be guided through various questions. And you are invited to answer as best you can. This allows us to follow up on the matter immediately and, above all, carefully. Because that's what it's all about, we want to act compliant and everyone should participate.
You are not required to provide us with your name or contact information. Each of your reports can be completely anonymous. However, it will help us in many cases if you provide us with your name and contact details so that we can get in touch with you if we have further questions. If you wish, we can then also inform you about the results of our investigations and what we have actually made. Of course, everything will be done within the framework of the legal regulations and in particular the data protection law!
If you do not want to share your name and contact details with us, we will provide this information through public channels. This information is then of course so generic that no one can come to any conclusions about specific events or people.
All references are processed by Dr. Volkmar Kruk. Dr. Kruk is heading the legal department of the Reifenhäuser Group. However, he is also admitted to the bar and is therefore subject to all professional obligations of an attorney at law. For this reason, he will never pass on to the management any confidential information he has received via the whistleblower system. He will also ensure that a whistleblower notification will under no circumstances result in any disadvantages for the notifying employee
