The line, which was specially designed to meet our requirements, enables us to achieve an enormously high throughput while maintaining the same high quality and functionality, thus offering us a decisive competitive advantage in the market. The feedblock enables us to test and implement new recipes as flexibly as possible without having to accept high raw material losses. Reifenhäuser's know-how and technologies help us to grow steadily in the market and to create clear added value for consumers with our products.

The acquisition of the PET-Sheet line gave us the opportunity to firmly establish ourselves in the thermoforming sheet sector with a competitive technology and to be one step ahead of our competitors. The width of 1800 mm at 200 µm film poses a particular challenge in production. It is physically much more difficult to achieve good results over such a large area. The fact that we still achieve such a high film quality is thanks to the precise mechatronic polishing stack with axe crossing.

The investment in the new line will also give us the opportunity to accept more demanding orders in shorter series. PAM supports us here when starting up new products, as once stored recipes can be reproduced at the touch of a button. The products are of the highest quality, while at the same time we significantly reduce energy consumption and other production costs.

We have several Reifenhäuser lines and produce a variety of products for very different application areas on these lines. The special requirements for the protective clothing sector could be met extremely efficiently on our lines and the cooperation with Reifenhäuser was simple and straightforward."
