White Paper: You need to solve these 3 problems to process low-cost PCR safely in blown film

Technology
Blownfilm
In its Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR), the European Union has agreed that from 2030 - depending on the packaging and the material used - mandatory minimum targets for the proportion of recyclate in plastic packaging will apply. In addition to politics and environmental protection organizations, end consumers are also calling for more ‘’genuine‘’ recycling. The proportion of recyclate in plastic products must therefore increase - especially in flexible packaging. The processing of post-consumer recyclates (PCR material) is the supreme discipline here.

Find out more in this white paper:

The 3 problems that have so far caused blown film producers to fail in PCR processing.
Which technical requirements are necessary for a stable extrusion process.
Why now is the right time to grow profitably in the market with films made from up to 100 per cent PCR.
