The Value Sheet Inline systems are not only impressive due to their modular design, which allows a tailor-made system design for your requirements on the basis of tried-and-tested and customer-specific components. The lines are also characterized by a high overall equipment effectiveness (OEE) and their sustainability. High-speed extruders enable very high output lines.

Value Sheet inline lines produce highly recyclable packaging. Production waste (die-cutting grids) is directly recycled into the production process. Production takes place with extremely economical use of energy, which significantly increases the sustainability of production. A short film feed into the thermoformer guarantees a high heat content of the film (core heat in the film) for the thermoforming process.
