Followed by application specific pre-treatment and finishing units and ending with different types of winders that help to achieve consistent roll quality from single or multiple rolls.

Thanks to the patented Reicofeed Pro co-extrusion system used, Value Cast barrier lines clearly stand out from other common systems with their flexibility in combining layers and raw materials and the possibility of adjusting their distribution during ongoing production. By using width-adjustable dies and multi-roll winders, product widths can be optimised and cost-intensive downstream converting steps and coating losses minimised.
