With our sophisticated, fully integrated and automated EVEREX Barrier Cast film lines, we offer the film and packaging industry a safe and proven solution.

The system concepts meet our customers' requirements for reproducible and traceable quality with digital solutions for process and performance monitoring, but also with high-precision and reliable system components.

Starting with high-precision and reliable metering systems, followed by wear-resistant and pressure-constant multi-purpose extruders for excellent melt quality, ensuring a constant supply to the core components of such a line - the co-extrusion feedblock and die.

Our optional PAM automation feature allows for fully automatic adjustment of the die and Coextrusion Adaptor Pro, as well as integrated downstream automation, including a fully automated winder. Product changes are thus performed completely automatically.

Depending on the film thickness, EVEREX Barrier Cast film lines offer several highly efficient options to ensure the best optical and mechanical properties by uniform cooling of the film. Followed by application specific pre-treatment and finishing units and ending with different types of winders that help to achieve consistent roll quality from single or multiple rolls.

Maximum flexibility

Our patented, fully automatic PAM option for adjusting the die and Coextrusion Adaptor Pro significantly shortens product changeovers and reduces your energy costs, enabling you to produce high-quality products in the shortest possible time and improve your OEE. Our coextrusion system is the only one on the market that allows the individual layers to be profiled while the line is running. The PAM option automates the adjustment of layer distribution and simplifies adjustments and optimizations through integrated recipe management.
