Ready for delivery from March’24, the Reifenhäuser cast film line delivers outstanding performance and high-quality CPP film that will allow you to outperform your competitors. Equipped with 5x single-screw extruders, it provides an output of 1200kg/h and net film width on winder of up to 3300mm. It includes our patented 5-layer REIcofeed Professional feedblock, which enables precise distribution adjustment of each layer in-line during production. This CPP line gives you high flexibility to create cost-effective structures with various resins.
Sustainability and efficiency are the core of our philosophy. Our CPP Line is engineered with energy-efficient components, minimizing power consumption, and reducing the overall environmental footprint. Additionally, thickness regulation and product changes in this line are done fully automatically by PAM adjustment, further reducing energy consumption for the hot part by 99,9 % and material waste compared to common-used thermobolt systems.
