Reifenhäuser donation for Sportfreunde Troisdorf 05
We Reifenhäusers have a heart for sports and soccer. So that the proverbial ball can roll properly during training, the soccer club recently received a € 5,000 donation from the Reifenhäuser company to support junior training
With this donation, the team of the E-juniors (10 to 11 year olds) could be completely equipped with training suits, jerseys, rain jackets and sports bags for training and games. Another part of the donation enabled the purchase of training balls and mini goals.
On that occasion, a couple of players came up with a piece of paper and pen: "Are you really the boss of Reifenhäuser?" Whereupon a coach shouted, "That means you." Bernd Reifenhäuser smiled, "Yes, I really am." and also signed a few autographs.
It remains to be seen how many of the young players trained at the club will later make it into the national team and then also be able to sign autographs. Some of the Sportfreunde have already moved to FC Köln.
