We are a medium-sized, family-run group of companies that supplies systems and components for plastics extrusion all over the world. Customers use our technologies to produce films and nonwovens that are used to make products for the hygiene, medical, and food industries, among others. It takes more than steel and iron to build such highly specialized machines as ours. It is the committed, excellently trained people with a zest for action who have made our company successful for over 100 years: our 1600 employees – the Extrusioneers.

Reifenhäuser Keep Fit
Under the motto "Keep Fit", we offer various fitness promotion activities. This can be a lecture on the topic of "healthy nutrition", participation in the XLETIX, a massage, or even a walking competition during lunch break. At irregular intervals throughout the year, we invite you to do something for your fitness and health. There's no question about it - sports and exercise are an ideal balance to your job. That's why the cooperation with the fitness provider Urban Sports Club is a firm pillar of our Keep Fit program.

How does the job interview work?
We usually have two interviews. If you are still interested in the position after the first interview, we will give you a specific task to work on at home. You will then present your results in the follow-up interview. This helps us to better assess your working methods and personality, and gives you a first insight into what we expect from you. In the ideal case, it will show that you and Reifenhäuser are a good match.

Are there any commercial apprenticeships?
At the moment we do not offer training for commercial professions. But who knows, maybe that will change soon! Then you can find the jobs here.
Do you offer trial days or internships?
As a rule, we participate in the Girls and Boys Day. This is a good opportunity for high-school students to look behind the scenes at Reifenhäuser, the mechanical engineering company, and get to know about training professions. The next Girls and Boys Day will take place in 2024.
We offer one-day internships in individual cases. Please send your application including your motivation online to unsolicited application – and we will see what is possible.
