We intend to use the pictures of our trade fair visitors to underline the interest in our sustainability campaign. For this purpose, we want to use the submitted pictures on our social media channels LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram. Please note that our internet pages are also accessible to search engines. You must therefore expect that your name and picture can also be found by search engines. If you provide us with a photo that you did not take yourself, you assure us that you are entitled to grant us the rights of use for the photo for the intended use. Legal basis: By actively transmitting the image data to us, you consent to the publication. The legal basis is therefore Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a DS-GVO.

Internal: Our sales and communication department External: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn In the event of publication, your image data, and personal details (in particular your name) may be passed on to service providers involved in the process. A targeted transfer of your personal data to a so-called third country is not planned; nevertheless, it cannot be ruled out that our Internet pages may be accessed from countries that do not have an adequate level of data protection. If you do not permit the publication of the images, or for any other reason they are no longer to be shared on our social media channels, please email us at: Datenschutz@add-yet.de This revocation of your consent is possible at any time. The data is kept and processed for approx. 3 years and then deleted. Your rights: You have the right to withdraw. You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. You have the right to obtain information about your data. You have the right to rectification, to erasure, to restriction of processing or the right to object to processing and to data transfer. Profiling with the data does not take place.
